Operated by US Forest Service, features guided tours through developed cave areas and wild cave tours. Blanchard Springs Caverns offers three tours. The Dripstone Trail winds through the magnificently decorated upper level. The longer, more strenuous Discovery Trail explores the middle level of the Caverns system. The Wild Cave Tour offers visitors an introduction to spelunking in a structured environment. Informative Forest Service interpreters guide the tours.

Dry Run Creek trout fishery is a special place in the Ozarks set aside for and accessible to those under the age of 16 and disabled anglers. Adjacent to the National Trout Hatchery, artificial lures only are permitted at Dry Run Creek. The area is a catch and release fishery. All trout must be immediately returned to the creek.

The Fred Berry Conservation Education Center on Crooked Creek is one of four Arkansas Game and Fish Education Centers. The 421 Ozark acres that comprise the center lie in a 2.75 mile "crook" of Crooked Creek. The education building, pavilion, trails, creek and acres of varied Ozark habitat provide plenty of indoor and outdoor learning areas. The Creek Bottom Trail, a 2.5 mile loop on the floodplain provides easy access to the creek for fishing, birding, butterflying, or wildlife watching. The Woodland Edge Trail is a 1 mile loop that is wheelchair accessible for 0.6 mile.

The Wolf House is the oldest public structure in Arkansas. Built by Major Jacob Wolf 1829 originally as a county courthouse, an extensive renovation of this historic log structure was completed in 2002. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973, and presently serves as a museum.

Completed in 1957 by the US Fish and Wildlife Service, the Norfork National Fish Hatchery raises and stock over 2 million rainbow, cutthroat and brown trout annually. The Norfork National Fish Hatchery is open all year to visitors.
