Boating, water
skiing, tubing, diving and swimming are all extremely popular on
Norfork Lake’s 22,000 surface acres of clear blue water. Twenty-four
launch ramps provide access to all areas of the lake. Some ramps
require a day use fee of $3 (or a $30 annual pass) and some launching
ramps are free. There are ten Commercial docks on the lake to provide
house boats, rental boats, slips, stalls, fuel, supplies and repairs.
In addition there are many resorts offering accommodations with their
own private docks. Norfork Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
lake regulated by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC).
